A healthcare professional scans the Answer QR, reviews the responses, score, translation and patient identity with the patient or caregiver, then submits only the clinically verified record into the institution-controlled Google Forms, Sheets, or reporting environment.
PalliCalc IPOS received JKNS ICT approval in May 2026 and was evaluated through the PACE process study in June 2026, with implementation/adaptation at Hospital Umum Sarawak in August 2026. The CODE opioid-conversion module received JKNS ICT approval in August 2026 following its randomized evaluation. Both PalliCalc IPOS and CODE were submitted to the 2026 Anugerah Inovasi Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia (AIKKM). PalliCalc remains a clinical support platform: final clinical interpretation and treatment decisions remain with qualified healthcare professionals.
